Saturday BJJ – No-GI

This Saturday our 10-12pm bjj class will be NO-GI.
Most of our newer folks don’t have a Gi yet so we are going with this format for a little while.
Also, 5am class is canceled  for the rest of February. We have added a 9am on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
