Due to the popularity of the Mon, Wed, Fri 5am and 6am classes and the low to nil attendance on Tuesday and Thursday, we’ve decided to cancel Tues and Thursday 6am classes.
As you know, we have added a 6:30pm class on Tues and Thursday so you can always come later in the day! And anyone, present or to-be CrossFitter out there, we are looking into adding a 9am class 3x per week soon. So let us know if you are interested and we’ll plug you in at that time.
Preview: This week’s programming might be nicknamed, “Bodyweight mania”. We have been on 3 weeks of our Hybrid Strength Training series and this week we are literally taking a load off. Get ready and plan it into your schedule….”Cindy” on Friday!! This is a benchmark WOD that can help you see where you are and what you need to work on. We’ve already seen some nice PR’s (personal records) last week and we expect we’ll be seeing a few more by the end of this week!!
