Eric Cady
Head Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Instructor, CrossFit Trainer
I have been a visual artist and an athlete my entire life. As uncommon as these two elements together might appear, doing both has enabled me to see the creative symmetry between art and sport. Both CrossFit and BJJ allow people to learn, and experience quality and efficiency of movement, while becoming mentally and physically stronger.
I have been training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu since 2002, under Black Belt Kyle Saunders, and from his instructor, 4th degree Black Belt Roy Harris. The concepts of unlimited potential and learning, are what I love the most about these sports. I am a successful BJJ competitor, having won a bunch and lost a bunch.
