First Class Training Experience
Our goal is to provide our members with first-rate instruction, training, and facilities. We believe that regardless of a person’s fitness level or ambition, they deserve a program that is tailored to their abilities and goals. We deliver a unique training experience where you will be able to track your progress and see the results of your labor! We make sure that you are fully prepared to incorporate all of the movements into a highly effective and carefully planned training program. Two of the biggest reasons why people quit their work-out routine, is lack of direction, and/or unrealistic goal-setting. Your health and safety is paramount. We’ll never push you past your physical limitations, but we will encourage and challenge you! It’s important to us that every work-out is scaled to your ability, offers a challenge, but is not impossible to complete.
Part of what makes Training at CrossFit 585 BJJ unique, is the social component of our facility. Your work-outs will never feels like a chore or a punishment. We’ll offer you a sense of purpose, accomplishment, and fun. You’ll not only receive top-notch training, but you’ll also make a lot of new friends, who will encourage you on those tough days when it feels like you just can’t push through. The combination of the chess-like quality of training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and the technical aspects of CrossFit, guarantee that you will always learn something new, and never feel bored.
Other reasons to train here:
- We consider everyone an athlete, regardless of age or gender, but most importantly, we care about your progress and triumph in your success. We believe that everyone has untapped potential and we want to see you flourish.
- You’re not just a number. We build a community of people whose primary goal is fitness and health. You can choose to come in and do the work-out and go home, or build a social network, where people support you, and help you meet your goals.
- The programs we offer at CrossFit 585 BJJ are great for sport, self-defense, and functional fitness. Oh, and did I mention that they’re also fun and constantly changing?
- By offering CrossFit, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Submission wrestling , and basic gymnastics, we give our clients opportunities to learn new skills, lose weight, increase body awareness and gain agility.
- Everyday people pay memberships to health clubs that they just don’t use! This usually occurs for two main reasons:
- Working out in health clubs can be boring, due to the repetitive, and seemingly senseless nature of the exercises.
- It’s difficult for many people to find the motivation to work-out on their own after a long day at work.
- Our future goals include offering a variety of evening classes in: healthy eating, the importance of stretching, and the mastery of skills in specific work-out regimens. We’re also looking forward to having a massage therapist housed in our facility, as well as yoga classes available.
