Our CrossFit Fundamentals Program is your first step towards achieving real-measurable fitness results. CFF’s consist of 6 private ( or no more that 3 persons) sessions that focus on fundamental movements that appear in our group workouts.We also expose you to intelligent substitutions for exercises that match your existing fitness level or current needs. A firm grasp of these movements are important for safety reasons and for the overall effectiveness of our CrossFit Programming.
Fundamental classes are scheduled by appointment only. Classes can be scheduled up to 4x per week and should be completed within 2 weeks in order to best facilitate the learning process.
The cost of Fundamentals is $150.00
