Personal Training

We offer Personal Training for those who want a more one-on-one approach. Maybe you don’t think you’re ready for CrossFit Group classes or maybe you have a crazy schedule that makes it hard to get into our classes – Personal training might be the way to go for you. Personal training sessions focus solely on you and your training. We can  assess your strengths/weaknesses,  adjust your diet,  or help you prepare for an upcoming event.

If you are looking to  elevate your Brazilian Jiu Jitsu game to another level taking some privates is great way to go. While we pride ourselves on giving everyone personal coaching in our group classes it can be difficult to address everyone’s personal needs. It has been said that in BJJ “the devil is in the details”, which I believe is true. These details can be overlooked and the magic to how the techniques effectiveness are lost. Privates allow us to point out the areas that are sloppy and correct them so you game gets smoother and more technical.
